Air India — Money debited two times for the same ticket

I have booked flight tickets through online mode from www.airindia.in on 26 October 2021 for one passengers named SWATHI DEVIREDDY to travel from london to hyderabad on 2 december 2021 and returning on 14 Jan 2022. The booking reference is Y3LV0 and flight number is ai 147 and 148. Amount of £. 634.77 and £684.77 was debited twice from my hsbc visa debit bearing number. I was waiting positively that the excess deducted amount would be credited back to my debit card account. But the statement is depicting that the amount was deducted twice i. E. For failed transaction also. So kindly do the needful.
