[Resolved]  Air India — Money deducted but PNR and E-ticket not received.

This is Shubhajit Saha. I have booked a Air India flight, flight number AI763, on 30th October 2021 at 8:17 A.M for 06 November 2021 7:00 A.M from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport to Indira Gandhi International Airport. I have paid the amount of ₹ 4, 427 via Google Pay UPI ID and in my Google Pay application, it is showing that the payment is successful and the said amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have neither received any information regarding the booking status or PNR or E-ticket on my mail nor in my mobile number which I provided while booking.

I request you to please look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.

The e-tickets were issued to me via mail after 10 hours of booking.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
