I was trying to book a ticket from mumbai to delhi on 05 and 06 feb 20 during which the payment was made however the ticket was not generated. Spoke to air india customer care executive and she said the pnr has been generated for the ticket booked on 05 feb but no pnr generated for the booking made on 06 feb 20.in both instances the ticket is not generated.

I have booked another ticket as instructed by customer care executive. It is requested that full refund (Rs 24252) to be given for these two unsuccessful booking.
No one has attended my query over phone as well as email for over a month. There has been no reply on the mail i sent on [protected]@airindia.in which shows unprofessionalism of highest order.
