Dear sir/ma'am, I tried booking a ticket from new delhi to seoul for date 02 may. Although, while booking ticket, when i made payment on final step then my money amounting rs. 30108/- got deducted as per below transaction details. However, i didn't receive any mail about ticket booking. I tried contacting their customer care number which is always busy and summarily useless. I have also mailed them on their support mail ids but no response yet received. Therefore, kindly consider to help me to either get booking confirmation or my money refunded. Thanks. Although, while booking ticket, when I made payment on final step then my money amounting Rs. 30108/- got deducted as per below transaction details: SBIDrCard XXXX used for Rs30108.00 on19Mar2020 at 87026370, Txn[protected] However, I didn't receive any mail about ticket booking. I tried contacting their customer care number which is always busy and summarily frustrating to try contacting. I have also mailed them on their support mail IDs but no response yet received. Therefore, kindly consider to help me to either get booking confirmation or my money refunded. Thanks.
