I booked flight tickets on 26 Jan 2022 from Air India website for a round trip from Frankfurt to Delhi, flight name AI 120 and AI 121 for my brother Sami Shahzad. I filled all the details and made the payment through credit card (Transaction Reference number: MT220280075000010082650), payment got successful but instead of generating the tickets I was redirected to the home page. I did not get any booking details on my phone or email either but my money was deducted.
I called the support, they told me I will receive my tickets in mail in 2 hrs and the gave me the PNR(HWZ88) but nothing was received. I called them again, now they told me the tickets have been cancelled and I will get a refund instead in 30 days. So I booked the tickets again and this time they were generated.
But even after 30 days the refund didn't come. I called again and they said to wait for another 10 days, I waited but nothing. I contacted on email, they said the team will contact me, no one contacted. I called again and again and same, the team will contact but nothing. It's been a year now and I haven't received the refund neither any call from Air India team to resolve my issue.
I want my refund, I paid around 50, 000 for those tickets.
