Air India — Money not refunded or no appropriate response despite of their mistake

tickit was booked they gave me urinary of 14th June which is attached below when I reported to airport they said your tickit is of 15th and you can't fly today for the same I did not recieve any mail or massage which says that my tickit was shift to 15 June again...on communication with staff on airport they said your itinary is valid but our system has issue and that can not be resolved from our side only "customer care online servise" can resolve but despite repeated complaines they do not respond I had emergency had to book another flight and pay double charges...therefore I kindly request you to get my refund...itinary for 14 attached and reporting of my airport is also attached.
