Air India — No refund despite complaint dated 13th Jan.

Please refer to the reference ref:_00D2v1u6V0._5002udsLKT:ref
given in your mail dated 20th Jan, 2023 in response to our email dated 13th January 2023, asking for refund of Rs 29400/ paid extra for preponing our booked and paid flight in the month of Feb, 2023 to 13th January 09:30 AM .That flight could not be run. We had very very important assignment in India for which we paid an extra amount, which could not be met with making our extra amount of Rs 29400/ in USD dollars waste.
You had told us that our genuine complaint had been forwarded to the proper department.
We had to cancel the railway tickets booked from New Delhi to Chandigarh also increasing our losses.
Nothing has been heard so far.
Please refund the amount with compensation immediately.Else I would be constrained to file a civil suit .
