Dear Sir, I am Group Captain Robin Vishoyi. Frequent flyer number[protected] I had got my ticket cancelled in the Month of Dec 2020 and have not got any refund yet. Further details are as follows:- Pnr number - HVZX9 Eticket numbers are[protected] and[protected] Pnr no-YFMPF Eticket numbers are[protected] and [protected] I have sent the request for the refund many times to Air India on email id [protected]@airindia.in.
