I had to cancel the air india flight as 72 hours before departure, I received an email s from Air India saying that the flight has been postponed by a day.
After confirming from customer care, I got the ticket cancelled and even filled the feedback form with an assurance that the refund would be credited with 3 weeks.
It's been 6 weeks, however there has been no refund till date. I have made multiple calls to customer care only to get disappointed.
The details of cancelled tickets are as follows

MRS RAKHI SHIWANI, Ticket No[protected]
Date of journey 20 Jan 22...Ticket cancelled on 17th Jan 22.
Full refund expected.
