Hi,
I have sent several emails and also called Aur India customer care many time with zero results, it’s very frustrating indeed. I have 2 bookings from Sydney to Delhi flight which wasn’t used due to lockdown and it’s been a year since i am requesting them to either give me an extension to use the tickets or refund. Unfortunately after several attempts still i am waiting for their response. However, i do get a standard response from them over n over to call customer care. Ticket numbers are below for the reference:
