Booked return flight ticket today morning, 1st Jun 22, from Air India website from Delhi to IAD (Washington) for 13th July 22 and return on 21st Dec 22 with following passenger names :
Pankaj Sinha DOB 06/09/1953
Shashi Sinha DOB 09/12/1953
Paid for two persons tickets online.
The payment was completed and I received the message also but not any tickets or itinerary or PNR number. I used [protected]@gmail.com as email address to book the tickets). After successful payment from the Air India website displays an error like
THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR WITH YOUR REQUEST.
Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly.
I did not receive any email (checked spam folder also multiple times) or message from Air India. Tried customer care but they do not give any satisfactory response.
I wonder how Air India has done the transaction without sending a ticket or notification. I would request the tickets as soon as possible.
