Air India — Non cancellation of booking after several requests | |||
Due to the covid - 19 pandemic and different rules for quarantine at every city, i had to reschedule my flight from kolkata to guwahati. I called the air india customer care with request for rescheduling my booking, to which the customer care promised to connect me further at three different occasions but failed to do so after waiting on the like for nearly an hour. I decided to cancel my booking rather than rebook it, i again contacted the customer care of air india who informed that you can only cancel booking by writing an email. My flight is due to take off on 29th jun and i have written to air india three times with a request to cancel the booking since 20th jun, however, there has been zero response from their email account.
