I flew from Toronto to Delhi on Dec 1st 2021. After takeoff, I was told that the seat is not functioning. They did not allow me to change my seat also. I had to sit thru 14+ hours of flight on a non-functional business class seat. The entertainment system was not working either. The crew told me that I should seek a refund after I land in Delhi. I have a complaint on their feedback page Ref No. WB-IYYZ[protected] but there has been no action from the airline.
I seek a refund of my business class fare as I could not enjoy anything, not even a decent seat. Was this information helpful? |
