Air India — non functioning of tv during international travel from mumbai to newark | |||
I traveled from mumbai to newark liberty by air ndia flight no. Ai 191 on 14th december, 2018 my seat no. Was 41k the travel was for 16hrs. Which started at 1.30am on 14th dec, 2018 and reached 7.30 am to newark on 14th dec, 2018 as per us immigration. It is regretting to note during whole travel of 15-16 hrs. The tv monitor at my seat was non functional and the crew on the aircraft expressed their inability to do anything in the matter, rather they said that many tv monitors on the flight are not functioning and they could do nothing in the matter. The long international journey was absolutely hell for me and was totally uncomfortable. This is sheer inefficiency of air india. It seems that no regular maintenance is undertaken even for such long journey flight. I hereby claim that the airlines must compensate me by refunding one way fare for mumbai newark sector.
