Dear Sir/ Madam,
I cancelled my two Air India tickets having no's 098 [protected]/95 from Sydney to New Delhi due to my father suddenly passing away.
The refund of two tickets was initiated by Air India on 09 November 20.
It is nearly one month since the refund has been initiated but I have not received the refund in my cardholders credit card account.
I would like this matter to be investigated on the urgent basis so that I am able to receive the refund as soon as possible.
