Air India — non professional behaviour and non refund of cancelled flight

I booked from delhi to shimla 3 july 2019 in ai 9803 for which i was informed at airport that flight cancelled, and asked me to have flight to chandigarh instead of shimla for i replied let me think, when i returned back to have refund of my ticket amount then they replied you already have booked chandigarh, without any mail, message, call or information how they booked me for the same and for the flight which they rearranged have gone so no refund no other adjustment and on asking more the team of air india just replied me to file a case against air india to get my money back and shown me the door by saying just exit from airport. The behaviour was like i have done some crime to them, this is the way how these guys are representing the country.
