Air India — Non refund of money due to cancellation of a international journey during covid 19 | |||
Eticket #[protected] bought on 02 March 2020 for a onward and return journey to Stockholm from Kolkata and back on 10 July and 24 July 2020. Due to outbreak of Covid 19 this journey could not take place. Air India extended a period till 31st December 2021 by sending an email. This year I enquired in March if I can fly in July 2021 to the same destination and I came to know that no flight of Air India is operating in any of the Scandinavian countries and therefore I requested for cancellation of the above ticket and refund of ticket full price through an email to [protected]@airindia.in as per advice of the customer care operator on 20.03.2021. As on date neither I received any response from AIR INDIA nor the money was refunded after 15 months of purchasing ticket and more than 2 months after requesting for cancellation and refund. I want immediate response from AIR INDIA regarding this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
