I mr. Bishnu hota had booked a ticket through ease my trip for flight dated 04.05.2020. The flight/ itinerary details are as follows :- Passenger name: mrs aparna purohit Booking id: emt72595886 Ticket no.[protected]/1/1 Ai 651 Pnr : jdp9r Dated of journey 04.05.2020 Ticket price : rs.3857/- Refund claimed : rs.3857/- Ticket booked on 18.04.2020 I have been subjected to undue harassment at the hands of the travel agency (Ease my trip) and air india for not considering refund for the aforesaid flight.
