I have an open ticket and for the last 2 months I have been calling customer service to rebook my ticket and no one is helping me.
I need to know what it will take to rebook my tickets. They set up callbacks several times and no one reached out to me for that. The latest complaint ID is: 15811Q99. I did not get a call back yet. Ticket prices are going up and I need to rebook the tickets.

This was for a round ticket from Chicago to Kolkata from 11th Jan 2022 to 11th Feb 2022.
