Air India — not getting revert on emails | |||
I belong to a corporate and book tickets on air india on regular basis. I need gst invoices so that we can take credit of the same. But even after regular follow-ups on mails and calls, i have still not got any resolution or revert on mails. The invoices are pending since july and it is a big loss to us as we are unable to take the gst credit. The customer care executives simply deny that they cannot help me out in anyway and the officials are also not bothered to revert back. Worst customer service of air india..!!!
