I had a flight ai - 542 at 9:45 from delhi on 31/08/19. I tried online check in on 30/08 but was not able as it said no free seats available. I reached airport at 9:10 due to unavoidable circumstances. I could still have easily boarded my flight if they would have given me my boarding pass. Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 31, 2019 Updated by brajkishore05 This is not expected from a national carrier which happens to be only government airline. It represents pride of out nation. The air India crew was too casual and showed no urgency even after repeated requests. I was sent to a counter which was empty. Then after waiting for 2-3 min. I moved to adjacent counter and he would not listen to me. Finally he took notice of me at 9:20 and said no boarding pass can be given. I requested him too many times to give me boarding pass and I would try catching the flight before boarding gates close but no one seemed to be interested to help. I request you to atleast process my refund of ticket as I had to book another flight and have to wait up to evening now.
