I Snehal Modi, My son travel from USA Chicago to Mumbai, E-ticket Number :[protected], Booking reference : 1V08YB, Airline : AI66BQWX date of issued 09.06.2022. Travelling 14.06.2022 AI office Chicago had issued boarding pass from Chicago to Delhi and Inform him to that Delhi AI issue boarding pass from Delhi to Mumbai, On arrival of Delhi dated 15.06.2022 AI Delhi has not issued boarding pass for Delhi to Mumbai and Inform him to BUY new ticket for the Delhi to Mumbai, and thus miss the Flight 3.10 p.m. Flight no.AI 636 and misbehavior of staff compulsory to BUY ticker for Delhi to Mumbai for 7.00 p.m. Ticket No.098 [protected] Booking reference : PRGQZI, Flight No.AI624 dated 15.06.2022. Thus cheat with the passengers rom AI and them ticket agents
