Air India — not providing the service purchased
This is with reference to a purchase of airline service for prereserved seat assignment for trip confirmation number j3cfq. Rs 2779.00 were deducted however on reaching airport we were informed that there records are not updated and instead of preassigned seat 11c, 33g was printed on the boarding pass.
Could you please look into this and process the refund accordingly.
