Air India — Not received Refund for a flight cancelled during lockdown due to covid-19

I had a flight booked for 3rd May, 2020 from New Delhi to Pune. But, due to lockdown the flight was cancelled. I have tried to reach out to Air India team a number of times, but usually after listening to my query they ask me to hold for sometime which takes around 10-15 min and then they disconnect my call. Recently when i called on the ecommerce contact number - [protected], then the customer care executive asked me to call another helpdesk number for such queries so i asked her to help me with that number, she dictated me the same number on which i had called, when i tried to confront her for the same, she disconnected my call.
