I traveled on an AI flight on 02 march from London to Mumbai, but I was so disappointed that the whole multimedia was not working in the row, my toddler was so excited that he will go on the plane and can watch some cartoons. eventually, he went to sleep. whenever I was asking the flight attendants they told me that I have to wait and they will reset the system, a common answer anyone asked them, but in reality, they knew that the row was not available with any multimedia system. It is a shame to receive an appalling service and not be able to use the system when I am on a 9 hours long distance flight and I and my wife cannot sleep in journeys
I am flying back soon I hope that I will get a BETTER SERVICE
