Air India — old aircrafts used on routes to ahmedabad and delays | |||
My wife and i travelled on business class air india flight ai 172 on 27th november 2018. We were seated in seats 3a & 3b. The journey itself was very uncomfortable starting from walking all the way to the aircraft. The singapore lounge used didn't provide adequate vegetarian snacks. The lounge was very unfriendly. Once on board we discovered that our tv monitors were not working. The staff tried to reboot the computers etc. But without success. We had to suffer a day flight syndrome which was not very nice. We also discovered that there were many other monitors in the business class! That didn't work. The aircraft was very clapped out equipment and most of the things did not work. On arrival we waited over 2 hours for our baggage to arrive on the belt and that was after twice complaining to the ground staff. We were further told that clapped out aircrafts are used on these routes and air india give a third class service. Best aircrafts are used for lhr-bom & del routes only. I am very disappointed being from gujarat that air india and their staff give such a treatment. I would be very grateful if someone and answer this complaint and give us the compensation for the inconvenience caused. Was this information helpful? | |||
