Air India — On-board flying conditions

I flied with Air India on 11 December 2016 from Delhi to Vienna (flight no. 153 at 14:55).

Due to continued aggressive air conditioning and low temperature it was one of the worst flights in my life and I fly for over 20 years. To get the picture, people were sitting in their winter jackets, with hats, scarfs and blankets on their heads. I have got cold and sore throat. Sitting over eight hours in one small space and not bening able to feel comfortable is terrible.

Even though I asked the crew two times to reduce it as it was freezing, nothing happened. I checked with people sitting around me and all of them had the same feeling. Specially people with small children.

On top of it, they serve "refreshment" which is fridge cold and almost un-eatable.

I cannot believe that the crew was so uninterested in making the flight comfortable for the passengers instead for themselves!

Maybe you should check how other flying companies take care of their customers.
