Air India — onboard service | |
Booked business class, following things were not working for a 15 hour flight: International flight, date 6-oct flight ai127. 1) media entertainment audio was not functional at all. Basically no entertainment for entire 15 hour flight 2) the tray table was broken and did not position properly on the lap. It was crooked and pressing on my thigh that i could not sit properly. 3) the seat incline and decline did not work properly as well. 4) i asked for either get the above problems rectified or give me another seat. Got a reply that the business class was full and though the first class is empty they wouldn't upgrade me as that was first class (Along with expressions that made me feel insulted as if i am not good enough for it). This was the first time i was brave enough to fly ai though many of my friends warned me. Unfortunately my return flight to india on 17th is also air india. Business class seats are expensive, after paying so much money getting such a bad experience is pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |
