Air India — online ticket purchase//ticket not yet issued/ cash debited | |||||
Date of the incident:04-MAR-2020 client name: AIR INDIA LTD On the above mentioned date i purchase a ticket from air india website and on the last interface they ask for the payment, i fill my card details and they deducted 611 SAR from my account and i did not get any PNR number or ticket from their website, I contacted customer care several times and inform my problem they gave us the PNR NO : HN0B1 and they said these PNR is cancelled you get the full refund amount within 7 working days (full refund means ticket not yet issued) I already contacted ecommerce department for the refund, now they said my money not yet credited their account, how come i dont know, i have a statement in my bank and its shows clearly AIR INDIA LTD debited 611 SAR.
