I purchase a ticket from bangkok to delhi onwards to mumbai and return to bangkok from mumbai. When i arrive in delhi an error from immigration made my visa invalid and despite the fact that a new visa was issued the next day i was sent back to bkk/thailand. I was told by india taff that i should come back in the evening and a would get a seat back to delhi. When i arrive next day then i was told that i had to buy a new ticket to delhi, i was quite upset as i was not told that i had to pay for another ticket, due to the fact that i had no other option i was forced to buy a new ticket. It is air india duty to check all passangers if they have a valid visa or not and if they had done their job this would not happend. When i was going back to bangkok from mumbai, i was again told at the time of checking in to the flight at the airport that i had to buy a new ticket as air india had taken my ticket against the return flight from delhi to bangkok, i was shocked but again all other flight was the night was not available and i was forced to by a new ticket. I find this horrible and unacceptable and i ask for full refund of all my expenses. I didnt get my suitcase for two days when i was returned to bangkok and i had extra hotel expenses in bangkok and assam as i had prepaid my hotel in delhi and assam, i will set up a full overview of these expenses. I will never fly air india again as there are no people that take responsibility and have authority to resolve the issues Was this information helpful? |
