I have booked a ticket from Toronto to Vijayawada on 10th January2022, for the travel date 17th January 2022. at the end of the transaction money was deducted and a popup message "P_0006 - Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly." I have not got any email confirmation regarding the ticket. I purchased a ticket on the Air India website and have been charged, but did not receive the ticket email. I have been on hold for the Canada / USA line for 2+ hours now. It was from Toronto to Lucknow.
