I travelled with 7 months old baby on 26th feb 2018 ub ai 302 from new delhi to sydney. I would like to memtion even after confirming 3 months in advance about the bassinet seat they did not give me the bassinet seat
Wen i spoke to them the staff said we cant do anything if you will argue too much we will offload you.
Service was pathetic.. You keep pressing call button no one comes for help. Staff was too rude. No sorry no thankyou no please.. Just too rude.. We are not flying for free.. We pay 10% of the ticket for infant as well.. But nk service i was standinh in the flightbfor almost 8 hrs because my baby was sleeping on my seat.. The staff offered no help at all over and above they didn't offer me bteakfast meal because they see baby sleeping on seat amd i was standing.. Very pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
