I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airlines
The issue that I have experienced was:
Amount was deducted from my bank account but ticket not issue and booking was made on 2nd June 2022 for the departure date of 7th June 2022 from imphal to delhi on AI890 Flight for 14:20hrs that was also in combined booking for two passenger as an amount of Rs10126
Name KHULLAKPAM SHAHJAHAN
Name S MANGKHOTUAN
And also one individual booking for the passenger S MANGKHOTUAN was made on 3rd June 2022 on the same flight AI890 same departure date 07 June 2022 same time 14:20hrs an of of Rs5063 was deducted from my bank account but ticket not issue...so please refund my amount otherwise I will complaint to the related authorities and also to the cybercrime also along with an FIR CASE amount was paid to the air india billdesk

AND AFTER THIS I MADE TWO ANOTHER BOOKING SEPARATELY FOR THIS SAME PASSENGER WHICH I GOT CONFIRMED BUT ANOTHER THREE BOOKINGS WERE NOT CONFIRMED AFTER DEDUCTNG THE AMOUNT FROM MY ACCOUNT SO PLEASE REFUND THE AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
