Air India — Payment Deducted - No ticket generated

I booked a ticket from Chennai to London for 20th October 2021.
Payment got deducted. It didn't generate any ticket or provide any confirmation via email or text. I wanted to know if the ticket had been confirmed or not.

The passenger shall address primary such question to the operator of the internet site, which transferred the consent of payment to the financial service provider.
The operator of the site (IATA certified online travel agent) shall issue the ticket to the passenger within 24 hours following the payment.
