Air India — Payment made and money deducted but no booking or confirmation

I had booked a ticket through the air india website portal on 12/02 on the final step the money got deducted from my account however i did not receive any email confirmation neither did i get any booking, i have been trying the call centre but i am geeting no response from them as i am being placed on hold and than the line is being dissconnected and they are closing the call saying someone will call you but no solution or confidence is given that the matter is being looked into or by when we shall receive a resolution on it
