Telephone line diesnt work, email response is non existent and no customer support when flights are changed or cancelled.
Travelled Business class via Delhi from Kolkata on 19th and 20th of March and found that Lounge was not available and hasbeen closed for 2 yrs - customers not informed and no alternative arrangement made.
The planes are in shocking state with parts falling off during landing and take off. Entertainment systems virtually non existent.
Is this the Tata legacy for customers?
I am a frequent flier and am shocked to see this even after Tata takeover.
