Air India — re: reissue of flight due to corona virus

I booked a flight from pune to new delhi for march 20, 2020 but i want to get it rescheduled to a later date. I am trying to reach you people since 2 days but no one is responding to that even i sent an email too but no one responded to that as well. Today when they picked the call they said that we can't do anything now. It is not my fault that you people are unreachable to the customers... This is something which you people need to work on. So, please reschedule my flight to a later date. Don't play with our hard earned money... Why should i suffer or pay for your fault..
