Since April 2021, I have been requesting you through several emails and telephone for the refund of my cancelled tickets, "JV14P" and "Z7CFB". It's almost four months but till date I have not yet received the amount. Other than the system generated email reply no communication has been received!
Since me and my entire family were infected with COVID, we couldn't travel and all necessary medical documents along with Aadhar card copies had been sent to you for your further process, but no response from your side.
It's disgusting and frustrating! I'm a poor citizen and badly affected due to the lockdown and my financial condition has become pathetic and your organisation does not bother to refund my hard earned money.
