MY bank asked below details against transaction id (098C214395NE9) given by team Air India
but after lots of mails and calls still no reply received.

1. Mode of refund initiated by the merchant

2. Account details to which the refund has been initiated

3. RRN number / transaction reference number

4.Exact Debit Date of transaction

5. Merchant Refund Confirmation mail mentioning amount to the saving account
