Air India — refund | |||
Dear sir, I have booked two tickets booked on feb-2020 for travel bom-ccu (Travel date[protected] and return date[protected]. The flight are cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. As per lockdown i have mail to air india for full refund request. But the amount would be held by air india and forced for traveling for future date this situation. Anyway my future trip plan is cancelled for situation covid-19. I need full refund and air india is taking advantage of this current situation and harassing the customers by holding the amount with them. That time all citizen suffering for money.
