Air India — Refund

I have sent email to air india for what refund on basis of rt pc test will be given as my onward journey was cancelled on this basis and got full amount on 4th feb But the air india is not refunding for return journey on 18th feb so had to cancel 1 day . Got rs 1800 only???? Lost 9000rs Poor service and not proper information given
