I could not travel due to COVID reasons. I am yet to get my refund. Trip.com is saying their request is pending from Air India. If I call Air India they are telling contact the travel agent. I am fed up following up with Trip.com since they do not give me any proper answer except they tell me that they have escalated to the concerned department. It is now more than 1 year and 2 months.
