My transaction amount of Rs. 3896 on 11th of November with transaction ID [protected], has not been refunded. I have confirmed from my bank that you have received the money. As per promise it should have been refunded within 24 hours as the purpose of rescheduling the flight was not served with this transaction.
I had to do a repeat transaction for the same purpose on 12th November to get the job done.
I have written mails to customer care, they asked me for for following details

Flight number:-AI-554
Origin and Destination:-Delhi to Chennai
Date of travel:-02 Jan 2023
