Air India — Refund details for ticket no.[protected]

Dear Team,

I have been struggling to get correct details regarding the above mentioned ticket. Mr. Dilip Somani has given me the credit note details . I want to know the exact details as I wish to take a legal action against the agent.

1. Date of cancellation

2. Date of Refund

3. Amount of Refund

4. Deductions if any

5. Mode of refund

6. Acknowledgment copy of details of refund

Please provide additional mail id / contact details to escalate my refund issue to higher authority.
