Air India — refund due to involuntary cancellation of flight ai[protected] pnr: j2sy0

I had booked three seats in air india flight ai491 from del-jai for[protected] which was scheduled to leave at 12:00 hrs (Noon).
Due to involuntary cancellation of this flight, i had to cancel all the three tickets. The refund has not been given to me as yet in spite of many efforts.
Kindly help and expedite refund.
