Air India — Refund for cancelled flight

I booked airindia flight AI9645 Dehradun to Pantnagar for dated 18 Mar'2021. Airindia canceled the flight due to bad weather. I called and mailed you many times for the refund. Last time on 15 July'2021 escalation number was also generated
