My flight from Mumbai to Newark was cancelled on Jan 19th. I have been calling everyday to get a refund. I even submitted the feedback form, but it was rejected as I booked the flight via customer rep of Air India.
The recorded prompts are pathetic. I have to wait for more than 45 min to get a rep. And in most cases, they hang up in between. And in cases they dont hang up, the standard response is that someone will call back in 24 hours. But the person never calls.
Why is Air India following such unethical and corrupt business practice ? Whys is taking so long to issue a refund ? Was this information helpful? |
