Air India — Refund for cancelled ticket ( dated 13th Feb) - No progress and no updates received | |
I had raised this issue 3 months ago and after several chasers I got an email from Air India that "A new action has been added to the feedback MD-IDEL[protected] by [protected]@airindia.in" on 7th Apr, The status of this request shows 'under process' since 7th Apr with no progress whatsoever. Unable to understand why it would take over 3 months to initiate refund process when everything is automated/digitized these days. If booking an airline ticket can be done in few clicks on a mobile app then why would it take 3 months to refund the money? Refund awaited against cancellation of 2 international tickets and is a significant amount to be held by the airlines with no accountability. Appreciate if this can be expedited and closed.
