I am a senior citizen and been running from pillar to post to get my refund for the flight cancelled by Air India.
I booked 5 tickets for myself & my family for a vacation. The booking was done through airindia website on[protected].
The date of travel was[protected] from Delhi to Udaipur &[protected] from Udaipur to Delhi, vide Tickets Numbers[protected] to[protected]total of 5 passengers).
I received a mail dt.[protected] informing me about cancellation of Flight No.471 dt.[protected] from Delhi to Udaipur.
I contacted Air India to check for alternative flight, but was informed that they have only one flight operating on that day. When I requested for the refund I was informed that the complete PNR will be cancelled and the refund amount will be credited to my account with in next 48 hours.
Than again I went to the IGIA on[protected] to reconfirm and enquire about my refund, but they said for online bookings they will not be able to help over the counter.
After coming back from the Airport, I again contacted your customer care number & again they created the refund task and assured me that the refund will be credited to my account with in next 7 days.
I again contacted customer care on[protected], they repeated the same story and again the task for the refund was created and was informed the same thing that it will be credited in next 7 days.
I again contacted customer care on[protected], they again repeated the same story and refund task was created one more time and they shared the case ID No. 14557171.
I again contacted on[protected], a complaint ID was shared case ID No. 14738989 & was once again assured that I will get the refund in 2 to 3 days.
I again contacted on[protected] and was asked to share the feedback form reference Number.which I filled on[protected]. Feedback form reference number is WB-DDEL[protected] dt.[protected]. They once again assred that the refund will positively be credited to my account with in 48 hours.
I would request my refund to be released immediatley.
