On 26 Oct 2021 i had purchased Ticket for LKO to DEL 8 Dec 2021 via AI 812 Dep 20:15 and Arr at Delhi 21:35 pm. I had to take a Flight to USA on 8 Dec 2021, Via Flight UA 802 scheduled Dep at 11:45 pm.
I was advised by certain well wishers that AI 812 flight will be too close and if slight delay, i will miss the US Flight. I was also informed that due to Covid - 19 Procedures checking, there are huge rush Since This flight Booking Reference Z7BHY, had return flight also on 4 April AI 811, so i could not cancel the LKO - DEL sector. I purchased another Ticket Y36R7 from Air India and reached Delhi and took Flight to USA.
While returning on 4 April 2022, i was not issued the Boarding Pass and sent to Customer Care Center at T3 Terminal and after checking all details, they advised the Booking counter to issue Boarding passes and informed, I should apply online for Refund. of LKO-DEL Unused sector on 8th Dec ref Z7BHY
You are kindly Requested to reimburse / Return the Unused Ticket.
